Spring Break, the holiday week that gets every student through spring semester. The minute after we get back from Christmas, that is the first thing we start thinking about…the next break and how long it will take to get there. Well, its finally time!! And the week leading up to the week of freedom is absolute torture. Let me let you in on a little secret, I’m convinced that every year, right before Spring Break, all the professors get together and plan how to make it feel like we are running through a gauntlet. When it comes to the gauntlet, we are all just surviving for Friday when we can hit the road, catch flights, go on cruises or hit the beach. Personally, I will be flying home for the week to spend it with my family and mainly to watch my younger brother play soccer. **Side note: if anyone has any poster ideas for a goalie with the jersey #1 please comment down below! My brother doesn’t believe I’ll make him a poster, but I promised myself I would do it this time. Should I include glitter?? Stay tuned to my Instagram (kay_b11) for the picture of the final product.** However, I digress. Spring Break is a time to reconnect with friends if you are going home, or to spend an epic week with some other friends going to concerts, the tropics or a city somewhere in the world. Whether you will be traveling around, staying at home to nap, or adventuring somewhere new, have an amazing time and make some incredible memories. Take the pictures, live in the moment, eat the cake and catch up on Netflix. Catch you on the flip side, when I actually am not sleep deprived and stressing about the four papers I have due in the next two days.
As the proud (sometimes tired) single Dad of three girls I can say with some confidence: YES, of course glitter...duh :)

Hallelujah for Spring Break finally being here! I personally don't have any crazy plans, but sometimes chilling at home is just as refreshing as escaping to the beach. I hope you have a safe and fun Spring Break with your family!
Have a great spring break KB! I hope your brother goes out there and kick butt. Please do add glitter to your poster if you decide to make one. The glitter brings out the poster and will make it visible to see from the field. Family time is just vital as making memories with your friends, so enjoy you family time and have fun while doing it.
